New Electronics - GaN System-in-Package targets consumer device charging
Wise-integration, a French company specialising in the digital control of gallium nitride (GaN) and GaN ICs for power supplies, and Leadtrend Technology, a developer of analogue and analogue-digital mixed-mode IC designs, have released a GaN system-in-package (SiP) that supports consumer electronics applications.
