Value of city offices continues to slide, with the biggest drop in Dublin 4

The value of Dublin offices continued to fall in the fourth quarter of 2023, with those in Dublin 4 suffering the sharpest drops. This contrasts with the performance of industrial and logistics property, colloquially known as sheds, which achieved a slight recovery in values of 0.2pc in the quarter.
