EFFINGHAM — The Effingham Police Department is looking to cut down on the time it takes to file reports by purchasing new crash report software.

New statue will memorialize tragedy and stand in honor of selfless sacrifice to mark the 75th anniversary of the St. Anthony Hospital fire disaster.

The annual Adair County SB40 Legislative Coffee Chat was held on Monday, Aug. 28, at the SB40 Community Learning Center. Adair County SB40 Board Chair Don Crosby welcomed the community leadership to the coffee chat. Stating that he has been on the board since the agency’s inception, he has grown passionate about the service needs of individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities living in Northeast Missouri. Crosby expressed his appreciation in the robust attendance and expressed interest in the work and collaborative efforts of SB40 and the many community partners.
