Thayron Liranzo, the Dodgers’ 20-year-old catcher, homered on Saturday and will lead the California League this season in home runs, slugging percentage, OPS, extra-base hits, and total bases.
Dodgers pitcher Walker Buehler appeared in his first game in 451 days, on a rehab assignment for Triple-A Oklahoma City. He was followed by six scoreless innings by Gavin Stone. In Double-A Tulsa, Ben Casparius impressed on the mound as well.
