The four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo that Nick Gavin owns with his wife, German-born model Katrin Thormann, is at 136 Baxter St. in Manhattan.
Nick Gavin has represented sellers and buyers at 136 Baxter Street since he moved there in 2016. He’s now listing his own apartment — a monument to millennial minimalist chic.
