Wynter Cole-Smith was missing for three days, sparking a search involving multiple law enforcement agencies from Lansing to Detroit, Michigan State Police and FBI agents.
FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate flew to Michigan from Washington D.C. to recognize police officers who assisted in the apprehension of Rashad Trice who was charged in federal court in connection with the kidnapping and murder of 2-year-old Wynter Cole-Smith.
