Family and friends of a Florida teenager who died in a crash last year are questioning the findings of a report by the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The high schooler — 18-year-old Nick Miner — was driving a truck to tow a vehicle stuck on the shoulder along Dallas Boulevard on the night of Oct. 23, 2022.
Troopers have now completed their review of the crash and say the other driver was not responsible for what happened.
