As Black History Month comes to an end, we're talking about the future. In a new series coming to Detroit, 4 young Black men are exploring careers in the arts and taking us all on a ride with them.
The opening reception for Nivek Monet's art exhibit Resurgence 3.5: Rising Scorpion takes place Friday, January 19, from 6-8 p.m., in the Exhibit Gallery. The exhibit runs January 19-March 15, 2024.
Mixture of Four will be released this November or December on the Detroit Broadcasting Company’s website. The series is sponsored by The Chalfonte Foundation, as well as the Michigan Arts & Culture Council administration by CULTURESOURCE.
