View Comments TOMS RIVER - A $25 million grant program to supplement the revenue of nonprofit organizations helping residents during the pandemic has been established by the Ocean County Board of Commissioners and is scheduled to go online next week, Director Gary Quinn has announced. The application process for the Ocean County COVID-19 Response Nonprofit Program will be accessible at 9 a.m. Thursday and the application period is expected to remain open until June 3, according to the county Division of Public Information. Those who wish to learn about eligibility requirements and find out additional information about the program can visit the county website at www.co.ocean.nj.us starting Monday, Quinn said.
