I m a trained home cook. i grew up in my grandmother kitchen. my mom, it was a vietnames refugee, cooked a lot of great home cooked meals. it was not until she passe away when i was a teenager tha i started feeling nostalgic fo her food i decided that i wanted to teach myself a lot of th dishes that i grew up eating for the first course, i wil be making a noodle dish, a coconut noodle soup. it will have seared scallops boiled eggs, crispy noodles, and all of the beautiful garnishes on top it s actually m grandmother s recipe my grandmother is my greates idol she always says the cookin with love is never overrated ....
