Judge finds in favour of Dawn Gibbons after a 10-year battle with mother over south London property
Norma Gibbons and daughter Dawn Gibbons, 52, lived in upstairs and downstairs flats in the same converted £1.4million house in Allfarthing Lane, Earlsfield, south London.
Dawn already owned her downstairs flat but a court heard Norma transferred ownership of her upstairs flat in 2014 saying she was trying to minimise the eventual inheritance tax
Daughter Dawn said she and her mother fell out in 2008 and accused her of making 155 hoax police calls.
Distressed Norma Gibbons (pictured) is still living above her estranged daughter Dawn, 52, despite a county court ruling that she now has to leave the property.
