WICHITA, Kan. — Equity Bancshares, Inc., the Wichita-based holding company of Equity Bank, announced its entry into a definitive merger agreement with Rockhold Bancorp (“Rockhold”), the parent company of the Bank of Kirksville in Kirksville. Bank of Kirksville will merge into Equity Bank, adding eight locations to Equity Bank’s current network.
