NORWAY — A 33-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night after a hostage situation in Norway. Police were called to the 600 block of 15th Avenue just after 10 p.m. on a report of a domestic violence incident, according to a news release from the Norway Police Department. The man reportedly was armed with two knives and threatening a woman he had taken hostage, the release stated.
