Between Aug. 14 and Aug. 20, the Mesquite Police Department responded to multiple incidents including reported assaults, burglaries, robberies, motor vehicle thefts and other reported crimes.
Since June 12-19, the Mesquite Police Department has responded to seven assaults, four burglaries and other crimes.
In Polk County, they’re asking for patience as it now looks like it could be three to four months before debris left over from Hurricane Ian finally gets cleared.
