SC gives Delhi govt more time to decide on Rapido, other bike taxi aggregators, ET Auto
The Delhi government has until September 30 to finalise its Motor Vehicles Aggregator policy regarding the regulation of bike taxis, said the Supreme Court, granting state government's request. The Supreme Court in June halted a high court order that had allowed Uber, Rapido and other two-wheeler bike taxis to operate in New Delhi, reviving a ban imposed by the government.
