The incidents happened last Thursday at Spruce Mountain middle and high schools in Jay.
Yeshua-Selaa Belanger, 41, of North Jay was arrested on misdemeanor charges of impersonating a public servant, disorderly conduct and trespass.
The man had to be forcibly removed by school staff. He has since been released on $500 bail.
There is still not a through way on the trail from Steve's Family Market in Wilton to Old Jay Hill Road in North Jay.
