The Utah Division of State Parks responded to reports of a boating incident where a 3-year-old toddler fell off the back of a vessel and was hit by the propeller before dying.
Walter Enslin Greer, from Salt Lake City, fell from a boat where he was with his family and died as he was hit by the propeller at the Echo State Park Reservoir in Utah
Walter Enslin Greer, the youngest child in a family of five from Salt Lake City, was fatally struck by a propeller at Echo State Park Reservoir after falling from a vessel just before 5pm on Sunday.
