Claren was the son of (Leon) Cletis Hosselton and Wilma Fern (Pierce) Hosselton born on January 9th, 1943, in Clay City, IL. The City of Fairfield and Wayne County Board are working to address issues at the Wayne County Humane Society and have formed a task force to work on restoring service.
