The Jamestown City Council also went into executive session citing North Dakota Century Code 44-04-19.1 and 44-04-19.2 to consult with an attorney about risks and negotiation strategy of the city of Jamestown in regard to an alcohol violation appeal from Middles LLC, which is known as Fred’s Den.
