　　自半年前传出计划辞职消息以来，中芯国际联合首席执行官梁孟松博士的去留牵动资本市场神经。
　　6月25日，中芯国际股东大会批准了关于公司《2021年科创板限制性股票激励计划（草案）》的议案。其中，建议授出40万股限制性股票给梁孟松的议案亦获通过。

　　中芯国际多名“董监高”在本次股权激励名单中，包括刚履职半年的副董事长蒋尚义博士。

　　不过，在此前董事会的审议中，国家大基金方面两位董事对本次股权激励计划（草案）的议案投了弃权票。弃权理由是：从投资方角度，认为对团队进行股权激励非常必要，但同时希望支付股权费用后，公司能有更好的业绩表现，净资产收益率要有更高目标。目前归属条件中的业绩考核要求无法完全体现投资人此方面的关切。
