Care home bosses fined £1m over death of Frances Norris, 93, in bath of scalding hot water
Frances Norris was a resident at Birdsgrove care home in Berks for two years before her death in 2015. The 93-year-old was placed in a bath of scalding water and died from burns to her legs.
