Newington manufacturer announces purchase of NuSpace
PCX Aerosystems announced Monday it has acquired a California-based aerospace engineer and manufacturer. Newington-based PCX Aerosystems, a producer of advanced mechanical systems for the aerospace industry, said it’s purchased NuSpace Inc. The deal closed Sept. 2. NuSpace designs and manufactures proprietary propellant and high-pressure tanks for advanced satellite, launch vehicle spacecraft and missile platforms.
