Record support for Dance Victoria’s Nutcracker Kids program has meant more kids and their families can attend performances of The Nutcracker ballet.
Dance Victoria will stage a live version of The Nutcracker at the Royal Theatre on Dec. 2-4 — the first time in three years the show has come to town.

The local company hit a high-water mark last year by bringing in Edmonton’s Ukrainian Shumka Dancers, Canada’s only professional Ukrainian dance company.
