OSLO, Norway (29 June 2022) - TGS ASA ("TGS", OSE: TGS) and Magseis Fairfield ASA ("Magseis", OSE: MSEIS) announce today that they have entered into a transaction agreement (the "Transaction Agreement")
Following an announcement made on the 21st of January 2022, where Magseis Fairfield announced the award of an Ocean Bottom Node (OBN) survey in the North Sea using its Z700 crew. Magseis Fairfield has received an award of a project in the same area that extends the duration of operation by approx. one month, to a total of three months.
