View Comments OCEAN CITY, Md. — The former site of Phillips Crab House in north Ocean City will be completely redeveloped into a mixture of multi-family apartments with retail and restaurant spaces.  The developer, Ocean Two LLC, went before the Ocean City Planning and Zoning Commission last week and received approval for its 6,840 square foot building at the corner of 141st Street and Coastal Highway.
