眉山政法队伍教育整顿252人因违纪违法被处理

　　“在省第17驻点指导组悉心指导下，市县两级政法部门积极有序推进自查自纠、问题线索核查和违纪违法干警查处，强化顽瘴痼疾整治，建立完善制度机制，取得良好成效。”眉山市委政法委常务副书记王加宾称，针对政法干警可能存在问题的重大案件、重点领域、关键环节，深入开展涉黑涉恶线索案件倒查、涉法涉诉信访案件清查、重点案件交叉评查、法律监督专项检查、智能化数据排查、队伍建设巡查、涉毒专项检测工作。
　　通报称，查纠整改以来，眉山市召开动员部署会38场，发出干警家属公开信4600余封，组织开展“自查从宽、被查从严”和“三个规定”政策宣讲230余场次，旁听职务犯罪案件庭审26场次，专项督导40余次，组织3轮谈心谈话1.3万余人次，召开政法部门党组（党委）专题民主生活会38次，组织3轮干警个人自查报告填报，共计自查问题2171个，全部加以整改。先后已有343名政法干警主动向本单位党组（党委）说明问题，57人主动向纪委监委投案。
　　通报称，眉山市接收四川省教育整顿办交办、省第17驻点指导组移交、工作中发现的问题线索1271条，已核查办结1049条，核查属实问题线索73条。在交叉评查2018年以来容易滋生司法腐败、执法不公重点案件772件，认定劣质案件1件、不合格案件20件、瑕疵案件115件，发现存在顽瘴痼疾和违纪违法问题线索的案件30件；筛查、检查1990年以来的“减刑、假释、暂予监外执行”案件13179件，发现存在问题线索的案件16件；智能化数据排查政法干警5673人，发现问题线索396条；队伍建设巡查政法单位38个，发现问题420余项。
　　“坚持‘零容忍’态度，整治‘六大顽瘴痼疾’。“王加宾称表示，眉山充分运用个人自查、单位调研、群众测评、开门整改等方式，全面摸排政法单位和政法干警存在的“六大顽瘴痼疾”问题，甄别查实“六大顽瘴痼疾”问题1312个，已整治问题1312个。
　　发布会上，现场通报了2个顽瘴痼疾问题整治案例。某检察院工作人员李某，2014年在办理一起开设赌场案中向犯罪嫌疑人家属借款人民币26万元，2015年、2016年向律师借款48万，其违反了《关于进一步规范司法人员与当事人、律师、特殊关系人、中介组织接触交往行为的若干规定》。教育整顿中，李某主动向组织报告了相关问题，经组织核查，该案已移交纪检监察机关办理。
　　针对政法队伍教育整顿中发现和暴露的问题短板，眉山市、区县教育整顿办、政法各部门坚持治建并举，全面梳理清理完善政法工作和队伍建设管方向、管人、管事方面制度机制，不断推动整改措施制度化，整改成果长效化，实现长效常治。此外，深入开展“政法为民办实事”十大行动，先后开展法律服务7000余件、调处化解矛盾纠纷6300余件、办理民生实事1.2万余件。丹棱县研发“丹棱反诈”小程序，成功阻诈52起。仁寿县公安交警部门推出24小时自助服务站，有效解决了工作时间外不能办理车管业务难题。
　　下一步，眉山市将按照政法队伍教育整顿部署要求，持续深化整改，加快建章立制，部署开展“回头看”，推动教育整顿取得更好成效。（完）
