(Fargo, ND) -- Concordia College's Offutt School of Business is offering an advanced degree for the first time. "We launched this program for managers to improve their abilities, qualities, skills, and competence in data analytics," said Professor of Management Dr. Marcia Scarpin while speaking with WDAY News First. Scarpin says the new degree program is a Master of Science in
