Rochelle News-Leader | Elementary school board: Tilton School in need of $8-12 million in improvements
At its monthly meeting Tuesday, the Rochelle Elementary School District Board of Education gave its permission to District Business Manager Kevin Dale to begin the borrowing process to finance facilities improvements after it was recently found that Tilton School is in need of $8-12 million in work to bring it up to code and date.
