Contract—Collateral estoppel
Where a plaintiff in a suit over purchase orders has moved for partial summary disposition, seeking to collaterally estop the defendant from relitigating certain issues that the plaintiff claims were decided as a matter of law in a judgment entered by the Ohio Stark County Court of Common Pleas, that motion should be allowed because the three elements of collateral estoppel have been satisfied.
