The Loveland City Council announced they will be holding a special meeting on Monday.
Garry E. Hunter of the Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association addressed a council committee Tuesday evening.
If approved by voters, the 0.5 mill tax levy will be in effect for 10 years, commencing in 2022 with first collection due in 2023.
The fate of the three employees is now in the hands of the State Personnel Board of Review, which meets on March 23.
