当时，有购房人告诉记者，他们仔细对照当天销控表后发现，开盘当天项目房源数量与叫号节奏对不上，“消失”的50套房源，疑似是被人为操作“隐藏”了。
而上海市宝山区房管局市场科一名工作人员则向记者表示，“我们已经让开发商进行自查有无违规情况，但自查结果是没有任何问题，接下来房管局准备介入执法流程。”
张华表示，区房管局曾向他回复，最新进展是暂停网签，至于重新选房的诉求，区房管局已提交给市房管局，由他们来处理。
记者联系了上实海上菁英项目营销负责人宋女士，对方表示，项目暂停销售只是网签暂停，具体情况并不清楚，可以联系房管局或者拨打965599电话咨询。
当记者进一步问及违规销售问题时，宋女士表示，目前还在配合房管局调查，具体情况并不清楚。 ....

购房者则表示，如何公平摇号、公正选房，这方面还没有相关部门的政策保护。大家希望相关部门能对此做考虑，杜绝选房加塞的现象，保障摇号顺序公平。
比如，规定加塞者所选房源退出，按摇号顺序重新选房，可保留正常选房人对原选房源的“优先选择权”。

58安居客研究院分院长张波告诉记者，待调查清晰，有关部门会向社会公告真相和解决办法。
张波表示，上海在严格落实房地产“三稳”目标，强化房地产市场调控政策。针对楼盘的违规行为，严查涉嫌违规的力度会进一步加强。

7月23日，《每日经济新闻》记者获悉，上海宝山区网红盘“上实海上菁英”被正式暂停销售。
一位上市房企的营销负责人告诉记者，一个楼盘一般不会无缘无故被暂停销售，只可能是项目出现了严重的违规情况，才会被房管局叫停。
