Copper Village projected tabled by Rome Planning Board
The proposed Copper Village housing complex on lower South James Street made their first appearance before the Rome Planning Board at their monthly meeting Tuesday evening, and both the site plan review and the environmental review were tabled for another time. Representatives from Pennrose Development and Human Technologies appeared before the board to present an overview of the project.
