Veteran rock music producer and engineer Elliot Mazer, who worked with artists such as Neil Young, Bob Dylan, the Band, Gordon Lightfoot and Linda Ronstadt, has died at the age of 79. Mazer died at his home in San Francisco on Sunday (Feb. 7), as confirmed to Rolling Stone by his daughter, Alison.
