CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF MINA — Deputies stopped a vehicle on Mann Road in the town of Mina for speeding around 9:30 p.m. Saturday. The operator was identified as Emilee A. Carlson, 28, of Clymer, and an investigation found her to be impaired by drugs. It was also found that Carlson’s privileges to operate a motor vehicle in New York state had been suspended. Carlson was taken into custody and further investigation found her to be in possession of methamphetamines and concentrated cannabis. After processing, she was released with appearance tickets. Olean Police Thursday, 3:20 p.m., Mary P. Erhart, 40, of Buffalo, turned herself in on an active Cattaraugus County indictment warrant. She was originally charged May 18, 2019, with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class B felonies.
