View Comments EVANSVILLE, Ind. — An Evansville Police Department officer's arm was run over Monday after he was dragged by a car while trying to handcuff its driver. Officer Nathan Jones was still able to arrest the woman driving the car when she stopped after his arm was run over, according to Sgt. Nick Winsett. He said Jones' arm was treated at a local hospital but it was not yet known how badly the officer's arm was injured.
