BANGOR - A woman arrested in the stabbing death of a Bangor man has been indicted by the Penobscot County Grand Jury.
A woman has been indicted for manslaughter by a Penobscot County grand jury after a fatal shooting in Bangor in April.
Olivia Babin has been charged with manslaughter for allegedly shooting and killing her boyfriend, 24-year-old Daniel Ford-Coates, in the forehead. Authorities say that she held the gun to Ford-Coates' forehead and said "Oh don't think I will?" before pulling the trigger and firing one fatal shot.
The arrest comes as a result of a shooting that took place Tuesday morning.
