Vinh X. Lee
Vinh X. Lee Feb. 25, 1935 — Feb. 4, 2021 Vinh X. Lee was a highly accomplished musician, performing at clubs and as a member of a traveling orchestra, as well as in the military band. He played a variety of instruments including trumpet, flute, piano and guitar. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and relocated his family to Travis AFB during the late 1970s. He worked as a chef in the Officer’s Club at Travis AFB and was an ads illustrator in the Daily Republic newspaper, while also illustrating window art for local businesses in downtown Fairfield.
