Dubai: Sixteen expats, including 11 women, have been arrested in Oman for engaging in immoral acts, the Royal Oman Police announced on Twitter. “Al Wusta Police, in cooperation with Duqm Special Task Force Police Unit, have arresed 16 expats, including 11 women, on charges of engaging in outrageous acts contrary to public morals,” the ROP said.
