La Darrius Campbell, 19, and Javon Peterson, 21, were arrested last year on murder and attempted murder charges in the drive-by, which was caught on surveillance camera video.
The shooting involved a dispute between members of rival Northside and Southside gangs, according to police reports. Two of the people who survived the shooting are known affiliates of the northside group.
