New York: Are Noncompete Agreements Banned
New York new section 191-d to Labor Law prohibiting non-compete agreements and certain restrictive covenants.City Council has introduced Int. No. 1067-23, would add a new Section 22-511 to Chapter 5 of Title 22 of the Administrative Code, also banning non-compete agreements.
