One Below to open new store at Birchwood Shopping Centre
A NATIONAL discount store chain says it is delighted to announce it will be opening a second shop in Warrington later this week. One Below, which boasts that everything is for sale for £1 or under, already has a store at the Cockhedge Shopping Centre. The positive reception the store received since opening has led the chain to open another shop in the town at Birchwood Shopping Centre.
