Rooftop Dog Park Planned For Buffalo The newest doggie hot-spot in Buffalo has one of the city's most incredible views. Seneca One Tower has gone through quite the renovation and reinvention in the last few years. The 38-story tower was constructed in 1972, and originally was home to Marine Midland Bank. In the 1990s, HSBC took over as the main tenant until 1999 when the company moved its headquarters to New York City. Working 09:05 The European Commission says it wants to halve the number of buildings it manages in Brussels by 2030, from 50 to 25. The buildings they intend to stop using are mainly those outside the European quarter.
