Timnath voters rejected a measure that would have restricted annexation of land containing active mining permits. Here's the town's election results.
Timnath Town Council on Tuesday unanimously denied a motion to reconsider its Feb. 13 annexation of 188.5 acres owned by Connell LLC.
On April 2, however, Timnath voters will decide whether to ban new and recently approved annexations of land that contain active mining permits.
The Timnath In-N-Out would be the second in Northern Colorado. A Loveland eatery opened at 1450 Fall River Drive in November.
