There we go. I think that it is important to note that the recommendations that came from this report, were really are not confirming what we already knew. And the specific recommendations are that we actually implemented, were in the works prior to the report being issued. So there were really not any surprises for us and the first recommendation that came out of the report was that the construction estimate be updated at the time that the estimate was over 2 years old.
