ESCANABA When COVID-19 vaccinations began in Delta and Menominee counties in January, Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) Heath Officer Mike Snyder, RS, MPA, knew the sheer volume of vaccinations called for would present a staffing problem.
