Magician Dustin Tavella was crowned the winner of America's Got Talent on Wednesday night and took home the $1 million top prize.  

A custom-designed drum kit owned by Alex Van Halen and used during Alex played the unique kit with articulated bass drums in over 100 Van Halen shows. It's the first kit of his to ever come to auction. It hit the auction block after five years on display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Proceeds from its sale will benefit a pair of music-related charities. "It's the only one like it in the world and I'm happy that 100% of the selling price will be going to charity via the Frangioni Foundation and Mr. Holland's Opus," Alex said in a statement.
