Cumberland County mother wins appeal in child neglect case
A Cumberland County mother could receive her child back after officials removed the child more than a year ago based on allegations of neglect. The Department of Social Services filed a petition alleging the baby was neglected and a “dependent juvenile” three days after being born in May 2019, court documents state.
