The Border Road Organisation (BRO) achieved a major milestone by breaking through the Naushera tunnel on the highly strategic 200 kilometers long Jammu-Poonch stretch of the National Highway. This breakthrough ceremony was conducted under the supervision of BRO Director General Lt Gen Raghu Srinivasan. The construction of the Naushera tunnel, spanning 700 meters, is a crucial link connecting Akhnoor and Poonch. The BRO is spearheading road projects to enhance regional connectivity and facilitate smoother transportation along the Jammu-Poonch link.
