Centralizing these resources in a way that is accessible to people that are in their store all the time and dont really have the knowledge or access to look at the city programs. And so i feel like my specialty is in that area of being able to have some policy literacy and then communicate it to a larger constituency who often maybe trust those Informal Networks a little more than if it was proposed by a city entity.
