Wicked Local Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Gloucester400 has unveiled a new program designed to strengthen connections with the community, heighten awareness of the city’s 400th anniversary, and encourage involvement among a broad range of organizations including non-profits, corporations, and local businesses. The program is the Gloucester400 Organizational Partners Program.
